Apartments Available!!!

The Pike County Housing Authority has an affordable, safe, and recently renovated apartment for you! 

PCHA is now accepting applications for its apartments across the Pike County, Illinois area, with immediate openings in some locations! 

All applicants must complete an application in full and provide proof of identity documents, proof of income documents, and pass PCHA’s screening process.

PCHA screens applications for issues with criminal records, rental history, payment history, ability for applicant to get Ameren electric in their name, etc.

PCHA apartments are income based at roughly 30% of your adjusted gross income. There are maximum rents at all sites, but amounts vary by location.

PCHA provides all utilities except electric. Electric bills are reduced by a subsidy provided by PCHA, which reduces client rent. PCHA furnishes trash removal services, yard care, maintenance, snow removal, pest control services, and transportation via West Central Mass Transit. Conditions may apply. 

Up to 2 common household pets are allowed, they can be any combination, but must weigh less than 35lbs. No smoking is allowed in any PCHA rental property.
