PUBLIC NOTICE

The Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) has available for review and comment their 2019 Utility Allowance Schedule (UAS) documentation.  This documentation indicates the allowances being given to clients to offset their 2019 Ameren electric utility billings.  The 2019 UAS will be approved as a draft at our October 18th, 2018 Board Meeting.  The 2019 UAS documentation will be available for review for a period of at least 30 days, beginning October 17th, 2018, and a public meeting will be held on December 3rd, 2018 at 2:00p.m. to collect any and all comments regarding the 2019 UAS documentation.  At our December 20th, 2018 Board Meeting we plan to ratify the 2019 UAS as final.  The 2019 UAS is to be in effect as of 1/1/19.  The 2019 UAS documentation is available for review at the PCHA office located at 838 Mason Street, Barry, Illinois.  PCHA is an Equal Housing Provider and Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) has available for review and comment their 2018 Capital Fund Program Grant documents.  These documents indicate the work scheduled for 2018 through the 2018 Capital Fund Program Grant issued by HUD.  Contained in the documents are the 2018 Capital Fund Program Grant Budget and Capital Fund Program 5 Year Plan for years 2017 – 2021.  The 2018 Capital Fund Program Grant documents will be approved as drafts at our October 18th, 2018 Board Meeting.  The 2018 Capital Fund Program Grant documents will be available for review for a period of at least 45 days, beginning October 3rd, 2018, and a public meeting will be held on December 3rd, 2018 at 1:00p.m. to collect any and all comments regarding the items.  At our December 20th, 2018 Board Meeting we plan to ratify the items as final.  These items are also available for review at the PCHA office located at 838 Mason Street, Barry, Illinois.  PCHA is an Equal Housing Provider and Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) has available for review and comment their updated Flat Rent Policy.  This policy was updated using HUD supplied data for 2019 Fair Market Rents and 2019 Unadjusted Rents.  The Flat Rent Policy will be approved as a draft at our September 20th, 2018 Board Meeting.  The updated policy and supporting data will be available for review for a period of at least 30 days, beginning September 19th, 2018, and a public meeting will be held on November 5th, 2018 at 1:00p.m. to collect any and all comments regarding the items.  At our November 15th, 2018 Board Meeting we plan to ratify the items as final.  These items are available for review at the PCHA office located at 838 Mason Street, Barry, Illinois.  PCHA is an Equal Housing Provider and Equal Opportunity Employer.
