CLOSED – The Pike County Housing Authority had available for comment their 2017 Capital Fund Program Grant submission documents.   These documents were available for comment starting July 19th, 2017, for a period of 45 days, after which a public hearing was held on September 5th, 2017.  PCHA received no comments in regards to the submission.  Please see the CFP 2017 Full Submission.

CLOSED  This project has been awarded to the low bidder Trotter General Contracting.  The Pike County Housing Authority received sealed bids for Window Replacement (Revised) funded under Modernization No. IL01P071-501-16 at Projects IL-71-1/Barry, IL-71-10/Barry, IL-71-13/Pittsfield, IL-71-14/New Canton, and IL-71-15/Pittsfield in Pike County, Illinois.  Bids were submitted in a single lump sum proposal.  Bids were received until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on the 8th day of June 2017, at the office of the Pike County Housing Authority, (PCHA),838 Mason Street Barry, IL 62312, at which time and place all bids were publicly opened and read aloud.

Pike County Housing Authority has finalized updating their No Smoking Policy.  The new policy was approved as a draft at our 12/15/16 Board Meeting and was available for public comment for a period of 45 days starting 12/7/16 through the 1/19/17 Board Meeting, where it was ratified into permanent status.  Please see the new Pike County Housing Authority No Smoking Policy.  This policy is also available for review at our office during normal business hours.

Pike County Housing Authority has finalized updating their Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).  The new policy was approved as a draft at our 10/20/16 Board Meeting and was available for public comment for a period of 45 days starting 9/30/16 through the 11/17/16 Board Meeting, where it was ratified into permanent status.  Please see the new ACOP Policy.  This policy is also available for review at our office during normal business hours.

Pike County Housing Authority has finalized updating their Annual Plan.  The new plan was approved as a draft at our 10/20/16 Board Meeting and was available for public comment for a period of 45 days starting 9/14/16 through the 11/17/16 Board Meeting, where it was ratified into permanent status.  As a small qualified public housing authority, PCHA is only required to submit an annual Civil Rights Certification every year and a full plan every 5 years, which was done last year.  We elected to make available all elements of the plan that have changed during the course of the year that would have been submitted during the 5 year plan process.  See Annual Plan 2016 Part 1Annual Plan 2016 Part 2Annual Plan 2016 Part 3.  See Civil Rights Certification 2016.  These documents are also available for review at our office during normal business hours.
