PUBLIC NOTICE SECTION

Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) has available for review and comment its 2019 Capital Fund Program Grant documents.  These documents indicate the work PCHA has scheduled for the 2019 Capital Fund Program Grant issued by HUD.  Contained in the documents are the 2019 Capital Fund Program Grant Budget, Capital Fund Program 5 Year Plan for years 2019 – 2023, HUD Form 50077-CR, HUD Form 50071, Lobbying Form – SFLLL, Certification of Compliance with Public Hearing, and Written Statement Defining a Significant Amendment.  The 2019 Capital Fund Program Grant documents will be approved as drafts at PCHA’s June 20th, 2019 Board Meeting.  The 2019 Capital Fund Program Grant documents will be available for review for a period of at least 45 days, beginning June 26th, 2019.  A Public Hearing will be held on September 9th, 2019 at 1:00p.m. at the PCHA office to collect any and all questions, comments, and concerns regarding the items.  At PCHA’s September 19th, 2019 Board Meeting it is planned to ratify the items as final.  The 2019 Capital Fund Program Grant documents are available for review at the PCHA office located at 838 Mason Street, Barry, Illinois 62312.  PCHA is an Equal Housing Provider and Equal Opportunity Employer.

Statement of Significant Amendment

The Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) has available for review and comment their updated Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and Lease Attachment A – Pet Policy.  The ACOP and Pet Policy will be approved as a draft at PCHA’s 6/20/19 Board Meeting.  Both documents will be available for review for a period of at least 30 days, beginning 6/19/19, after which a public meeting will be held on 7/29/19 at 1:00p.m. at PCHA’s office to collect any and all comments regarding the items.  At PCHA’s 8/15/19 Board Meeting it is planned to ratify the ACOP and Pet Policy drafts as final.  These documents are available for review at the PCHA office located at 838 Mason Street, Barry, Illinois 62312.  PCHA is an Equal Housing Provider and Equal Opportunity Employer.
