Pike County Housing Authority is an Equal Housing Provider and Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) had available for review and comment their updated No Trespass Policy.  This policy revision was approved as a draft at our April 19th, 2018 Board Meeting.  The policy revision was available for review for a period of 30 days, beginning April 11th, 2018 through May 14th, 2018.  A public meeting on the policy revision was held May 14th, 2018 at 1:00p.m. to receive comments regarding the matter.  PCHA received no comments in regards to the policy revision and it was ratified as final at the May 17th, 2018 Board Meeting.

The Pike County Housing Authority (PCHA) had available for comment their updated Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, updated Lease Attachment A – Pet Policy, updated Pet Permit, and updated Resident Charge List.  These items were approved as drafts at our February 15th, 2018 Board Meeting.  These items were available for review for a period of 30 days and a public meeting was held on March 20th, 2018 to receive comments.  PCHA received no comments in regards to these items and they were ratified as final at our rescheduled March 2018 Board Meeting on March 27th, 2018.

The Pike County Housing Authority had available for comment their 2017 Capital Fund Program Grant submission documents.   These documents were available for comment starting July 19th, 2017, for a period of 45 days, after which a public hearing was held on September 5th, 2017.  PCHA received no comments in regards to the submission.  Please see the CFP 2017 Full Submission.

The mission of Pike County Housing Authority is to be the leader in making available safe, affordable housing for low and moderate income persons through effective management and the wise stewardship of public funds. We are dedicated to provide these communities with quality housing that is decent, well-maintained, and free of drugs and violent crimes. We shall do all of these things while serving our residents and communities with the highest degree of professional courtesy, empathy and respect.
