UPDATE 6/27/2022:

All bids for this scope of work were rejected due to the price of those bids in comparison the estimates for the work.  The PHA also felt that the cost versus the benefit of the conversion included in the base bid for the 3 bedroom unit was out of line when compared with the reduction in unit count.  This work will be broken out into smaller pieces and re-bid.  For example, the plumbing component will be one scope of work, the landscaping and signage will be another, and the unit conversion will be a third, etc.  More details as more information is available.
